Customs and import charges

Parcels from China clear customs in Kazakhstan. Personal parcels have duty-free limits by value and weight; above them, duty and taxes may apply.

• the rules are set by Kazakhstan’s law and can change — ask us for the current limits before a large order;
• when packing, the warehouse fills in the declaration: description, quantity and value;
• if a parcel needs payment or documents, support contacts you and explains what to do.
