What you pay for

When you pay for the order

• the seller’s price, converted to tenge at the rate on the day of the order;
• shipping from the seller to our warehouse in China;
• the service fee — a percentage of the goods total.

Before the parcel ships

• shipping to Kazakhstan by real weight (or volumetric weight, if larger);
• extras you chose, such as reinforced packing;
• storage, only if goods stayed beyond the free period.
