How to place an order

1. Find the product

Search by keyword, browse categories, or paste a product link from 1688 or Taobao.

2. Pick the option and quantity

Choose colour, size and quantity on the product page. If the item has wholesale prices, the unit price drops by itself.

3. Add to cart

In the cart you can leave a note for the buyer, for example “check the colour before shipping”.

4. Check out and pay

Checkout lists the goods, shipping within China and the service fee. You pay from your balance.

5. Then it is our turn

We order from the seller, receive the goods at our warehouse, check them and tell you about every step. Shipping to Kazakhstan is paid later, when you put a parcel together.
