What the warehouse check covers

We check

• that the ordered item and option (colour, size) arrived;
• the quantity;
• the condition: packaging and item intact, no visible damage.

We take photos

Photos appear in “My warehouse”. If something is wrong we mark the problem and tell you.

Not covered

Testing electronics, judging material quality or size charts — that needs a separate service. If you need a special check, leave a note for the buyer when ordering.
