What we cannot buy or ship

We do not buy or ship goods banned by the laws of China or Kazakhstan, or that carriers refuse. For example:

• weapons, their parts, ammunition;
• narcotic and psychotropic substances;
• flammable and explosive substances;
• counterfeits of known brands;
• live animals and plants.

Special handling

Items with batteries and liquids cannot go by every shipping method — the product page marks them, and we tell you which method works.

If an item cannot be shipped, we tell you and refund it.
