How purchasing works and how long it takes

After you pay

1. A buyer reviews the order and places it with the seller.
2. The seller ships to our warehouse and provides a tracking number.
3. The warehouse receives the goods and checks them against the order.

How long it takes

Orders are usually placed with the seller within one working day. Shipping within China to the warehouse usually takes a few days, depending on the seller and Chinese holidays. Every step’s status is visible in the order.

If the item is out of stock

We let you know and suggest a replacement, or return the money for that item to your balance.
