Receiving your parcel

• Check the packaging in front of the courier or at the pick-up point. If the box is damaged, take photos before opening it.
• Film the unboxing if there are valuable or fragile items — it helps if you need to make a claim.
• Compare the contents with the parcel’s list in the app.
• If something is missing or damaged, open a support request within a few days of receiving it and attach photos.
