Returning to the seller

You can return an item to the seller while it is still at our warehouse and not packed into a parcel.

How it works

1. In “My warehouse”, press “Return to seller” on the item and pick a reason.
2. We contact the seller. If they agree, the warehouse sends it back.
3. When the seller refunds, the money goes to your balance.

Good to know

• the seller makes the final decision;
• the return shipping within China may be on you if the reason is “changed my mind”;
• the return status is in “My warehouse”, and you are notified at every step.
