Free storage and storage fees

Every item is stored free for a set number of days from arrival. After that, a fee applies for each further day.

• the period and fee are on the Pricing page;
• “My warehouse” shows the free-until date for every item;
• storage is added to the shipping payment when you put a parcel together.

For goods left for a long time, we contact you in advance to ship or return them.
