The seller changed the price: extra payment

Sometimes a seller changes the price or the shipping within China after you ordered.

What we do

The buyer pauses the order and asks for an extra payment with the reason. You get a notification.

What you do

• agree — pay the extra amount in the order and we continue;
• disagree — write to support and we cancel the item and return the money to your balance.

We never buy at the new price without your confirmation.
