Topping up your balance

Orders and shipping are paid from your account balance.

Bank transfer

1. In your profile press “Top up” and enter the amount.
2. Transfer the money to the details shown in the request, with the request number as the payment reference.
3. Once the money arrives, finance confirms it and your balance updates — you get a notification.
