Chargeable and volumetric weight
Carriers charge for the larger of two weights: the real one or the volumetric one.
How volumetric weight is counted
Length × width × height (cm) divided by the carrier’s divisor. A 40 × 30 × 20 cm box at a divisor of 6000 counts as 4 kg, even with 1 kg of clothes inside.
How to pay less
- choose “Remove seller boxes” — the parcel gets smaller;
- combine light, bulky things with heavy ones.
