What the warehouse code is for

After signing up you get a personal code, shown in your profile and in “My warehouse”.

When you need it

If you buy from a seller in China yourself and have it sent to our warehouse, put the code in the recipient name. That is how we know the goods are yours, and they appear in your warehouse.

When you do not

Orders placed in our shop need no code — we already know they are yours.

Please note: do not share your code — other people’s parcels would land in your warehouse.
